It is… very vanilla!
When we saw this cookie we thought it was just a white chocolate chip cookie. Opening the box the vanilla hits you right away, and eating it reminded me of fresh cookie dough batter before the chocolate chips are added. I was afraid that these might be too sweet, but not at all. It was perfect to allow the full vanilla aroma and flavor come through.
