Amazing cookies and service

Great service
When I originally place my order I never received an email with the shipping tracking number. So when I called to follow up, the owner actually answered and was extremely apologetic. Immediately placed another order, and made sure to call me personally to follow up. In this day and age, customer service like this rarely exists.
