It is a long story, but let’s just say they went above and beyond to deliver a package of cookies for me! these cookies are unique and delicious! Strongly recommend them if you want to send a care package to anyone and want something different than the usual mail order items- these taste fresh and not “packaged”

I received a variety basket of Moon Rock cookies at Christmas, and was so impressed with the product. I just sent a a basket out to my sister, and was thankful that customer service reached out to me wanting to know if I wanted a note enclosed. Thank you!

The cookies were delicious and the delivery was the next day which was nice. The only issue was that I was not expecting the cookies to come in plastic containers. Was thinking the cookies would have been packaged individually to be like a bouquet of flowers. Overall very good experience and will definitely order again. Thanks!
