How do I return an item?

Note - Moon Rocks Gourmet Cookies is committed to your complete satisfaction with our products & services.

1. Items sent back without a return authorization from Moon Rocks will not be refunded, you must contact us first.
2. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all approved return items.
3. Moon Rocks is not responsible for packages damaged due to shipping, all cookies are packed not to break however we can not control damaged caused in shipping.
4. No Item can be returned after 30 DAYS form point of sale.
5.Exchanges can only be made if Moon Rocks has sent you the wrong item. Moon Rocks will pay all handling fees for the new delivery and the return of the original item.
